Ability to defend yourself or your home starts with proper training.  ISS Pistol, Shotgun, or Rifle Classes teach the Student not only operation of the firearm, but Realistic and Tactical Actions.

Pistol Marksmanship Workshop - This two day class is designed to assist anyone interested in being able to pass a Concealed Carry License course, a Level III Security recognition course, or just want to become a better pistol shooter. This class is designed for all levels of shooters with an emphasis on safety. Lead Instructor is an NRA Law Enforcement and Civilian Certified Instructor and is recognized by the State of New Mexico as a Concealed Carry Instructor.
 
Items Covered:
1. Core Safety Rules and Range Safety.
2. Proper cleaning and maintenance of the pistol.
3. Seven Fundamentals of Marksmanship (proper grip, stance, sight picture, etc).
4. Home firearm safety.
5. Ammunition selection.
6. Threat engagement procedures.
7. Use of Illumination Devices (Flashlights).

Pistol Class – Focuses on Marksmanship, realistic scenario Training, and response to malfunctions.  Students learn from classroom setting and on the Range.  High Stress Environments are taught and placed on the Student to prepare them for true-life encounters.

Shotgun Class – The ISS Shotgun Class lays importance upon malfunctions, reloading, and ammunition change-out and selection.  This class is a must for anyone who owns or uses a Shotgun for home or self-defense.  No special Shotgun Platform is needed; all types of Shotguns are worked with and taught.

Shotgun (.410 / 28 / 20 / 16 / 12 / 10 gauge)
Minimum of 40 rounds of Slug ammunition
Minimum of 40 rounds of 00/000 Buck ammunition

Rifle Class – Centers around the Battle-Rifle / Carbine.  Class focuses on Marksmanship, malfunctions, realistic scenarios, rapid operation, and target selection.  Student should be familiar with their own .223/5.56, 6.8SPC, .300BLK, 7.62x39 (not on an SKS platform), or .308/7.62x51 prior to attending this class.
